PERRON NORD - local, fresh, healthy

Healthy, natural and homemade.

We cook seasonally, with fresh ingredients. As many components as possible the kitchen team around chef Frank Schuster produces in house and renounces finished products. We mainly use ingredients from sustainable production and species-appropriate animal husbandry. The meat is from the region and the bread is homemade.

We consider our local producers, family farms and small businesses when purchasing.

Whenever possible, Thomas Gassner, our head chef, sources food products from regional suppliers. At the PERRON NORD we serve Grander water.
